Teaching Yoga Where Ever
You Are, Anytime

A healthy employee is a happy employee, ...
and a happy employee is a productive employee.

Improve your employees' work performance, and increase your corporate profitability, productivity, staff loyalty and customer satisfaction!

Whether you are a lawyer, an accountant, a dentist, or any business professional, you all have to deal with the health issues of employees.

The benefits of following a regular yoga routine in the corporate workplace are extraordinary, especially for people who work long hours and tend to have sedentary jobs and/or life styles! An employee who sits all day or stands more than 4 hours at their jobs needs this extra attention.

Our instructors are all qualified and fully certified. To start, you will need to provide suitable space in an open room with relative quietness. This will allow your group to feel comfortable and receive the most from their yoga session. It is also possible to do some yoga at your desk without any supplemental props and tools such as mats and blocks. Each person may need a water bottle, comfortable clothing and a yoga mat. We can provide yoga mats if needed.

Classes take place right at your place of work - your office, store, warehouse, school, or wherever. Yoga can be practiced just about anywhere, and we will work around your schedule.

A one hour program, twice a week, can rejuvenate your employees (and yourself) and create a healthy, happy and productive workplace. Yoga Can Heal will bill you on a monthly basis. Our corporate rate is $150.00 for on-site yoga sessions. For sessions of 15 or more students, we simply charge $10.00 per student fee.*Please note, we only offer sessions in the San Francisco Bay Area as of now.

The deep breathing and relaxation employees get from yoga help them to be more focused. When they go back to work, they're in a position to make better decisions and will improve their mental concentration."
Bill Doyle, HBO Employee, Health and Fitness Director

"...in Birch's experience, it's the employees, those who experience the benefits of yoga directly, who are responsible for the corporate yoga boom. "What I've noticed since I started teaching yoga in corporations is that the demand for yoga classes is employee driven," says Birch. "The management of corporations has been dragged kicking and screaming into the mind-body discipline." http://www.yogajournal.com/lifestyle/294

The customized, ongoing programs we offer address the specific needs of your company and your employees. We can come to your office on a regular basis, although if that doesn't work for you, we can also provide sessions at your home or your employees home. Sessions are available for groups, and in semi-private or private formats.

Nike, HBO, Forbes, and Apple all offer on-site yoga classes for their employees. These and scores more Fortune 500 companies consider yoga important enough to offer classes as a regular employee benefit."
